Trophies for 2009-2010 Season are in
and ready for pick up starting Thursday 1/14/10
 
Pick up will be at:
Spikes
13020 Bustleton Ave
(Bustleton Ave and Byberry Rd)

It is right up the street from the ICSL office.
You may pick up your trophies
M-F 9-5 and Sat 10-2
 
When you go to pick up make sure you let them
know your picking up your ICSL Championship trophies,
Team name, and division.
 
If you have any questions about picking up or

Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer State Cup Applications Now Available Online; EPYSA Offers Three Levels of Competition in 2010
 
Applications are now available online at the EPYSA website at http://www.EPYSA.org and will be accepted until 11:59 PM Eastern time on February 15, 2010.

Tie-Breaker Rules
2009-2010
The winners in each division are decided as follows:
  1.  Points - (3 points for a win, 1 point for tie, no points for a loss)
  2.  Head to Head - Limited to only 2 teams
  3.  Fewest goals allowed
  4.  Most Goal differential - max of 4 per game
  5.  Most Goals scored - max of 4 per game

ROSTER FREEZE DATE IS MARCH 15TH 2010 FOR ANYONE WHO IS IN OUTDOOR CUPS. WE WILL MAKE CHANGES UP UNTIL MONDAY AT 3:30 ON MARCH 15TH.

Changes to your rosters; Player adds, secondary’s, transfers and additional coaches will be made for a fee of $20 payable by check.   Remember a PS-1 is required for all changes.

Coordinators may call the office to make an appointment.

You must have an appointment to come in for a roster change. Office hours are listed under office info.

Scores must be posted within ten days of the game or else the home team will be fined $25.00 each.

Line Up Forms

LINE UP FORMS ARE TO BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT WITH THE JERSEY #, PLAYERS NAME, AND PASS NUMBER. YOU ALSO MUST HAVE LINE UPS AT ALL OF YOUR ICSL GAMES. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER LINE UP FORM AND/OR NOT FILLED IN CORRECTLY YOU WILL BE FINED

Youth Game Referee Fee Schedule
Both teams will split and pay half of the referee fee instead of the home team paying the whole fee.  The referee’s fee must be paid prior to the game, when lineup sheets are given to the referee. U14 and below have one Ref and for U15 and above have a 3 man system when possible...
