Secondary Rules
 
1.   A secondary player within ICSL will be defined as a player who is:
           a.     Registered as a primary player on a team registered with the ICSL, and
 
           b.    Rostered as a secondary player on a team that’s placement in the ICSL is equal to or greater that their primary team division.
 
2. If a player is pimary at U13 and wants to secondary at U12 their division does not matter. This rule is in effect for any player that is playing up in age.
